Which would be better? I am curious if the constant uptime of http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42852 is better than the damage increase of http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45510

We just had a thread about this, if you look down a little or on the 2nd page, but I think the result was that the two Arena Librams are thought to be better than Discord or the Naxx25/Valor one. I'm using the Deadly, 120AP.
