[Ret-PvP] Healing Partner for 2s

This is due to the fact that it's nearly impossible for a ret pally to kill a resto druid or shaman

If you think it's nearly impossible then youre not lining up your cc/interrupts/stuns/burst cooldowns well enough.
Even above the 2k rating bracket, where targets have significant resil, I kill druid and shaman healers far more often than I oom them.

Well, I do 1 round of damage(CS, judge, DS), wait for the cooldowns to nearly finish then wings, stun, torrent when they come out of stun, do 1 more round of damage, but it doesn't seem to work. Any thoughts?

Get your teammates to stop being bad and actually line up their stuns with yours and help burst. This is why Shaman and Disc are great for Ret. They can help burst targets quite well when the need arises. Druids have to risk being caught out of treeform and Holy Paladins don't have any offense to speak of, really.
