The off-sec forum has this nice post. I don't think I'll ever find a forum as good as Maintankadin though.

It isn't nearly as busy as this site but they have been discussing the latest changes quite a bit. They're also pretty friendly and helpful so they should be able to answer any specific questions.

The EJ mage boards tell you pretty much all there is to know about playing a mage in PvE.

I like EJ boards, but its terrible trying to find information there without reading 100 page long threads.
