[10] Beginners in Naxx..suggestions/tips?

I will most likely me Maintanking for my guild sometime soon for Naxx. I was curious, what should we do first? What's a pretty good boss to work on for our first attempts? We never really raided much besides kara and some ZA in TBC(Couldnt recruit enough people) and some Gruuls.

I have never done Naxx before, so stuff like, moving with Anub seems difficult in my head.

Any suggestions or tips?

Moving Anub isn't hard, but if your healers are awake you can just stand there and take it. You get silenced, so make sure you have a proper threat-lead :) Spider-wing is a good start on your first run. If you feel confident in your healers, go kill Patchwerk too. I heard a rumor he drops some nice shoulders, but it's probably just a conspiracy.
