I was wondering how you people deal with kiting adds?

We had 2 tries at him before we ended raid, and basically got the hang of it on second try, with a mage kiting em around, with everyone else assisting.

Is there another class better suited at this? (besides a pala)

We had a mage kite them to the back of the room (where you enter from the pipes) then everyone AoE them down on the decimate.
