The man speaks the truth. Only thing we used consumables on so far was Patchwerk when we brought a few undergeared dps. And there, it wasn't really me that took any consumable.

in the spirit of progression, i was eating the str+40stam food as well as the HP flask on Sapph/KT. Rest of the instance i was eating whatever food i had in my bag for the 30 stam (crit? haste? lol it all tastes the same).

I've used one flask and some stamina/whatever food. I won't be using flasks anymore.

If you want to bring consumables, definitely bring food and consider bringing some defense (armor) elixirs or something. Health and Mana pots are good as well.

The insane price on consumables right now combined with the extreme ease of the current tier of raiding makes it a waste imo. That's not to say I don't have any consumables, just in-case something happens I have a few.

Someone usually ends up dropping a feast. Whether it actually gives statistical benefit or not is another matter entirely, but we usually see some kind of feast.

As I said, Naxx-10 is "None".

Naxx-25 is "Feast".

Tanking Malygos, I'll maybe drop a flask next week, but it's not really going to help. +650 health on 33k is "Meh". Tempted to have a DK tank if they gear up enough (seems unlikely).

Used up all my old agi / armour elixirs, as well a few flasks of fort / chromatic wonder. Still got 100 or so ironshields that I pop every now and then too. Otherwise just general 30 stam + AP/MP5/Haste/Crit food that I've made, or a feast.

I'm saving my Northern Spices just in case Ulduar turns out to be difficult. Even so, there's plenty of 40 stam food that can be made without them, just gives slightly less of the other stat.

I've got mats for agi/str/allstats battle elixirs, and armour guardian elixirs in case I ever need em though, as others have said, new flask is very underwhelming.
