Help with Lvl80 ...

So i finished leveling and now im at the point where i respecd back to prot and just found myself lost. Does anyone know of a good rotation (for raids etc) to maximise TPS. I heard about the 696969 maro buuuuut i prefer to learn it from scratch first then later on use the macro. Also if someone could post the macro that would help too >.>

A macro is recommended against by many due the inability to adapt to a changing situation. The 96969 is a reference to the cooldown/time since the previous use.

Holy shield every 9 seconds
HotR/Shor every 6 seconds
Judgement every 9 seconds
HotR/Shor every 6 seconds
Conserate every 9 seconds

1.5 seconds left over to be used on a hand or eaten by lag/reaction time.

Now you can change the order around a little (say swapping HS for consecrate).

Er, there's no 1.5 second gap, it's a continuous rotation. There are more thorough explanations you should be able to find in a quick search but the jist of it is:

Hit something with a 6sec cd (ShoR/HotR), something with a 9 (HS/J/C), 6, 9, 6, 9, 6, 9, 6 ...
