At level 75 we get:
Shield of Righteousness (Rank 1)
Slam the target with your shield, causing Holy damage equal to your block value plus 300. This spell causes a high amount of threat.

At level 80 we get:
Shield of Righteousness (Rank 2)
Slam the target with your shield, causing Holy damage equal to your block value plus 400. This spell causes a high amount of threat.

I have a question about the shield, scales with AP? SP? Both?

Will be better 2 block trinkets like Coren's Lucky Coin + Gnomeregan Auto-Blocker 600 or one of these + AP/SP trinket?

Can someone say average damage with the shield with block value, attack power and spell power?

Scales with Block Value. Strength = AP = BV.

if you want to get the most out of just that skill, use BV trinkets.
if you want to get the most tps/dps overall, use str or ap trinkets
if you want to survive inc hits use defensive trinkets

Just to note, as of the latest build BV trinkets don't stack (was in patch notes); you could still chain them for sustained damage increase, though.
