I use a mod called lightheaded that adds a pane to the right of the questlog that pulls comments from wowhead that can be read in game. When used in conjunction with another addon called Tomtom, when there are coordinates in a comment I can click on it and a waypoint is added to my map to show me where to go.

Carbonite ftw.

A must have for the go-kill-30-of-these quests.

I've got Quest helper right now, but I've also been hearing about this Carbonite addon. Is there a big difference? One better than the other?

IMO ( have used both over time ) Carbonite > Quest Helper by a mile.

I know a ton of people that used quest helper have switched over to carbonite and love it. Check it out and make your own decision.

I've been using Carbonite for a bout a week now. Really nice mod IMO.

I had been using Tourguide/Questhelper/TomTom previously, but the TourGuide/Carbonite combo is better.

Lightheaded look very nice, is it updated for Wotlk? Btw, I got to ask, do it stream the comments or do I have to update it manually? Also, is Carbonite updated for Wotlk?

I asked this in another thread and was advised carbonite - but then there were mentions of paying for it? Is it not a free download like QstHelper etc?

Is Carbonite accurate? Also... is it really a big deal if you don't use a quest helper? Will it increase your leveling by a lot?

Yes it is accurate and is updated with new information all the time.

Its not a huge deal if you do not use a quest addon.

YES! It will make a difference in how fast you level. Think about doing a quest where you know ZERO about the place and having to tab out to wowhead or thottbot to look up a quest. Saves that time and gives an accurate way to route out your questing.

Lots of people don't give a damn about making 80 faster but there are those of us that really want to get there soon to get back to raiding.
