How much gold have you saved for WOTLK?

I am so scared to find out how much stuff will be once we first start playing. So our guild was selling ZA Bear runs before patch and I am currently up to 19,946G.

AND I KNOW JC and Engineering might cost me an arm and a leg.

Anyone else mustering up massive gold?

I hate you and your 20k gold.

I've got about 2k saved up on my main and almost 1k on both of my alts I'll probably level. From what I'm seeing things won't be too expensive, not to mention gold from questing/items I'm just going to vendor. 20k is probably overkill but should allow you to get the lockdown on AH things I'd think.

300g as of right nw.. LOL... I'm starting to grind some rep around, specially netherwing (since I didnt consider a dragon flyer until now), that' should give me plenty of gold for quests and I mine several motes of earth/fire on each run. To fill up the 25 dailies I will also grind some isle dailies.

mmm about 350K a day total, so 3 days I will have approx 1300 G on Thursday...

20k gold without selling bear mounts and having already bought 50 mounts for the albino drake.

Going to be going in with about 1500g. I hope to be able to make some good gold as I go along with mote farming and DE'ing everything I get my hands on in Northrend.

Leveling enchanting to new cap won't be so bad if I use the mats I obtain along the way. Engineering might hurt, since I'm not a miner, but I'll just go slow and steady to eventually get maxed out.

Got around 15k gold now, most of it I made from selling ZA bears and back in the days where epic gems sold for 350g. Gief back those prices

In excess of 50k gold. Made from the pelts of clefthoof and windy clouds.

When Wrath hits, I'll be stockpiling the mats I need to hand over to a crafter to make my saronite/titansteel gear, and the equiv set for my hunter, so I may not be selling much at first.

I'll also be grabbing the BOE drops from dungeons that they are adding. But, we haven't seen much in the way of world drops added, so, I might be buying that damn mammoth and the 8k ring.

Got 5k together a month or so ago in a couple of weeks, haven't bothered getting any more, can't think of anything that 5k won't cover.

Earned about 1k raiding since 3.0.... bosses drop a lot of gold.

So 6k all up.

About 400g on my paladin, probably 300-400 on my warlock, and I'm not sure how much on my bank. Total is probably about 1000-1200... and I still need epic flight skill

36,400+. I'll probably hit 38k by Thursday. I've got my Albino Drake but those Northrend mounts are still insane G. I'll get one when I hit the cap.

I had almost 2000g but then in the last week, I got an insane amount of gear from T4/T5 raids. All five T4 tokens, T5 leg token, SP plate bracers from Hyjal, new shield and SP sword from ZA...plate SP belt from SSC, etc...

Anyway, I know that they will be obsolete by level 73-75 but I decided they would give me the best chance to level quickly early on (since I am Holy, I need all the help I can get) so I enchanted and gemmed them. Even with the decreased prices, it still cost me a pretty penny to get them up to snuff.
