Best spec - leveling in instances - protection

question and instances, thats the key, quest with your guys, normaly you get around 2-3quests where you have to enter a instance, inside or in front of it are often quests as well,
run the instance, make the quests, run it 2-3more times with your group to get some loot out of it (Tankrings > Sunwell/BT) and then change zone, go to the next zone and do there the same.
with question and doing instances I made it on Beta to 80 and did not visit half of the zones at all
visited Tundra, Dragonblight, Stormpeaks, Grizzlyhills
the rest is unvisited, Icecrown, Sholzar or whatever its called, Zuldrak, Crystalforreststuff
I did all instances around the recommended level and it worked like a dream, half the new content I never visited and I still have enough to explore on live
