Shield of the Templar now also reduces all damage taken by 1/2/3%.

3% to shield of templar is good tho, why couldnt they just add 3% more to RF tho?

im sorta glad they didn't add it to RF id rather they fix RF making it not dispellable or do summit with it, i dont wanna be in an OOM situation and having to rebuff it

Blizzard believes that these abilities are all "close enough" to each other, and besides since they are all different abilities in different classes it is hard to devise accurate comparisons between them all.

ps: the Shield of the Templar change is not in the new PTR patch (or if it is the tooltip is not changed) so I will assume it is not in the Beta realm either. Must be an advanced build GC is quoting.

That doesn't mean much. 2 patches ago, HotR got buffed to 4x dps. Tooltip didn't show up until last patch. Beta/PTR is not known for most up to date tooltip.
