Best in slot wotlk tanking

So I have been looking into best in slot pieces as wotlk approaches but would really like to hear some opinions of other people. One of the biggest reasons for this is I have picked up a few pieces of Sunwell gear but have not yet gemmed or enchanted them and have not completely decided if they should be Holy or Prot items.

I didn't see a Sticky Best in Slot and I only scanned about 3 pages looking for one so if I missed it I apologize any links would be appreciated it.
