I just ran some numbers.

Using a 1.8speed weapon I got:

SoV(per stack over full duration): 0.235*AP + 0.112*SP
Sov(per tick at 5 stacks) 0.196*AP + 0.093*SP
JoV(0 stacks): 0.2*AP + 0.32*SP
SoR: 0.0275*AP*WS + 0.053*SP*WS
JoR: 0.25*AP + 0.4*SP
Consecrate: 0.32*AP + 0.32*SP
Hammer of Wrath: 0.151*AP + 0.152*SP
Exorcism: 0.151*AP + 0.152*SP

Note that SoV is currently bugged. The Damage is calculated for a 18sec DoT with 6 ticks but it only lasts for 15secs or 5 ticks.
