BV Meta gems and Strength

Out of curiosity, does anyone know whether the two meta gems affecting BV% affect the value of BV from Shield/Armor only (like the current SS) or does it include the BV obtained from Strength aswell??

The next question is whether two meta gems stack?? If you have two metas from TBC, do u end up with an extra 20% (10% each) or is it multiplicative yielding 21% ??

I believe the TBC meta was already adjusted to 5% BV.
