It's a 30 sec cooldown, 20 sec duration on diminishing returns, so I'm not sure we'll be chain-fearing anyone. Plus we don't have a million DoTs to exploit the fear like 'Locks do.

Still, it is funny.

Well, you can banish them as well...

In addition, you can fear a DK in Licheborn as well.

diminishing returns now(not sure about WOTLK) give out the penalty if the same cc is done in less than 15 sec, that beeing said it's not chain but still is nice :D

Didnt they remove the cd from Turn evil with one of the first beta patch?

Yep, there is no cooldown.
