WOTLK Weapon Enchant?

So with the addition of HotR and our itemization moving away from using caster weapons, I've begun grinding out a merc glad Slicer to use to level with. My question is on what should we be enchanting with it?

Still 40 spelldamage? or should be push for Mongoose/Executioner?

According to latest blue posts, it looks like mongoose/savagery would be the most beneficial. But there is no Str based gear implemented and spells are still getting SD coef, so we will see later.
