don't know if the strength is more important than dodge and i don't know about even getting reckoning and spell warding?
Judgments of the just is that worth the 2 points?
Touched by the light guessing this will be better for threat really worth it?

I imagine those points in reckoning/spell warding would be better spent in Seals of the Pure or Divine Strength, as those would give you a higher threat increase. PoJ is up to personal preference atm, but the current WotLK tree is extremely "full". You really can't waste points in PoJ when there are more awesome must-have talents than you have points.

I really wouldn't worry about your spec, though. Recent blue posts have suggested that paladin trees are still in for some significant changes before release. Hopefully the changes make the prot tree a little less bloated, but I would settle for them switching Benediction with Deflection in the ret tree.
