I made a spreadsheet based pretty much on the information you provided and you can goof around with different stats and talents giving you a rough approximation of skill damage, threat, and tps.

Well, make sure if you use the numbers I provided, that you double check them. I tend to make a few mistakes on Fridays

well its not exactly based on yours, i used your numbers as more or less a guideline, then checked them against those on EJ, wowhead, and sartor's numbers.

So it looks like the main thing they should consider doing is giving Holy Shield an attack power coefficient.

Dang it, I had consecration wrong. I fixed it though. I was using 4% per tick but dividing by 8 seconds like a dummy.
