Divine Protection and Sacred Duty, miss type?

I picked this from MMO-Champion:

Sacred Duty now also reduces the cooldown of Divine Protection.

Can someone in Beta tell if it actually does this? If it does, by how much?

I was sort of expecting that 100% speed reduction to go away with Sacred Duty but this would be even better.

And any fixes on Sacred Duty with Dive Protection regardin this mitigation drop to 0? Sacred Duty is bugged currently.

it probably reduces the cooldown by a minute, just like the talent does for divine shield

Correct, if you have Sacred Duty your DP has a 4 min cooldown.
