You still aren't getting it. Its an ability you can only use on one person every 2mins. It is not something you will be BUFF BOTTING as its on a 2minute cooldown per single use.
It is an OH SHIT 1DPS couldn't control themselves ability.

It lasts 10 secs and has a 2min cooldown. It's not a buff, it's a reactive tool so healers can save overeager DPS.

Anyway in answer to your post, tank threat has been buffed to a ridiculous degree in the expansion for all three classes, and more than covers the loss of Blessing of Salvation. The new Hand spell is just a nice new situational tool to use.

No.

Tanks' TPS was innately buffed, DPS' TPS was innately reduced.

There will be no QQing, Hand of Salvation will be used as an emergency threat reduction for those who are close to pulling aggro.

Yes, DPS will be crying for Salvation every 2 minutes. That's what DPS do.

Thing is, unless your raid consists entirely of paladins, they're SOL. They'll just have to actually control their threat.

Answering the question as has been states Tank threat was increased across the board and threat for DPS classes reduced. Hand of Salvation is for moments when someone is closing or overtaking the tank and needs to be brought down in threat.

It will not make us buff bots any more so then we already are.

a thing that has always worked is just to let the over-nuking dpser die and continue the fight with 24 ppl...and do that until he learns (or runs out of repairgold and replace him)...
