I'm not worried anymore about precision with the hit consolidation. It's pretty easy to gear for hit in a warrior threat set, it'll be the same for us finally.

Think it was put there so the holy paladins would have a better chance at having their "Judgement for Free Crit" miss less often since none of their gear has hit on it.
