I'm curious about how a sound has a visual component.
I have a really powerful voice.

I ran into beta Europe server yesterday, tooltip was ok but when I clicked my shield wall, it didnt effect any damage reduction, with shield wall or without shield wall, I took same damage. So I think its only tooltip at the moment. :)

You probably have Sacred Duty. It is bugged currently.

http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/threa ... 1&sid=2000
and
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/threa ... 9&sid=2000

It seems that if you take Sacred Duty, the damage reduction and attack speed reduction of Divine Protection BOTH drop to 0%

(ie, it becomes a "forbearance button" ;-) )

;(((((((

Those threads needs to stay up so it gets fixed.

Positive side, it looks like Sacred Duty is supposed to affect Divine Protection. 8)

22:45 CEST - Players playing on US Realms might experience a few problems : We've recently experienced an earthquake at our Irvine offices and followed a preset evacuation plan. While this briefly affected our ability to provide in-game and phone support we're now back to work, unscathed. The earthquake fortunately has not affected the game service or servers. Enjoy a less shaky World of Warcraft!

Were you by any chance speaking at that time Lore? Maybe using the Blizzard ingame voice-thingy?

Shield Wall is good! and 16% of the warrior cooldown (though theirs is likely to get reduced, and the DK one makes ours look bad since its on a shorter cooldown), but for once we actually get a decent survival tool.

Don't combine the Raid Shield Wall and Personal Shield Wall atm though, "15% of Raid Damage crits you for > your maximum health, gg there Mr Tank". I am not quite sure why these 2 changes came in, clearly DP is designed as a MT role and functions well, but the raid wide Shield Wall just seems like a strange talent build unless you are guaranteed to be in the OT role.

Though didn't know you had a beta key Stormknight! Look up élyria sometime :P (or Elyea since I copied across again), not played much but got a pair of Paladins at 75/70 for fun.

Oh one note, block gear is king atm, at least for questing and killing most targets I find my Hyjal block gear >> enemies, and Holy Shield bash at 70 makes it truly sick (1.8k hits as prot :P).

My latency went up from 200 to 600 the whole night and it's your fault <cry>

On the other hand, your miserable voice is not comparable to my Evil laughter!
p.s.: It DOES creep the hell out of people, they claim they feel like all the hope is being drained.

Typo. my level 70 copy of Elyria doesn't have it, my level 75 (got to bless alpha tankadin, free promotion :P) does, its me wearing my level 70 block gear, and just laughing at every melee mob that comes near me, it just bounces off.

Makes holy shield slam imba though, 2.2* > 900 block value is teh win!
