3 Minute Forbearance is going to create a very undivine storm on the WoW boards...

Tank-wise I don't give a fuck. Anyone that needed BoP more than once every 2 minutes deserved to die in a raid, and for us it matters just as much since now it's only our ds/dp and both still have a longer CD than forbearance's duration.

But with Divine Protection being a useable damage reducer, it means you have to pick between using AW or using Divine Protection as if you keep popping AW, you will forever have forbearance and never get to use Divine Protection. It's another ability lockout.

Nope. AW doesn't proc forbearance anymore.

should be working to just spam rank 1 consecration to save mana...if mana is an issue...is it an issue?

It means one of three things: either the warrior changes that are "still under construction" are going to be flat-out rediculous, they're 'experimenting' with things which may end up being rolled back, or they're making sure there's a decent draw pool for deathknights. In case of plan A, tanks are going to be fairly broken on all fronts, and might actually see some use in pvp. At plan B, we'll get to see a demonstration of why most of the tested changes don't get announced until they're damn sure the stuff is going in. If we get to plan C, I think I've found a nice blood spec that should suffice for leveling.
