WotLK Talent Trees tweaked

I looked all over for a post about this, and I didn't see any. I apologize if this has been mentioned already.

Blizzard updated their Wrath talent calculators this evening, and they've tweaked a couple things of relevance to us:

Guarded by the Light now appears to be a flat 15/30% mana cost reduction on Consecration, Holy Wrath, and Avenger's Shield, rather than relying on a proc. That's the only Prot tree change that I've noticed (yet), though Vindication over in Ret got bumped down to 2 talent points.
