I just tanked Utgarde Keep :)
Went into UK with a Holy Paladin, Enh Shaman, Fury Warrior using Titan's Grip (so badass looking).
Here are some observations:
- I played around with skill rotations, and dropped mostly Judgement from my rotation except for on the initial pull to get the buff up. I used a rotation of Consecrate > Holy Shield > HotR (not a great order, but this is still weird and new!).
- I was OOM alot
alot...I had to pop pots many times in order to keep up on the longer (boss) fights.
- I tanked most of the instance with a quest green 86dps 1h ( http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?item=36879 )
- Didn't have too many threat problems, tho I didn't really keep a consistent ability rotation, and judgements are kinda broken.
- The last boss is fun, and has a fun "ability"
Here's a combatlog from the night. WoWWebStats won't let me upload, but maybe you can do something with it /shrug

I would assume he did from this:
dropped mostly Judgement from my rotation except for on the initial pull to get the buff up
You can look at the increasing cost of spells and the problems we have with mana in 5-Mans in TBC, and see this was going to be a problem.

In my Understanding using JoW + SoW and judging for some threat would have been better.
Standing alone with no direction
How did I fall so far behind?
Why Am I searching for perfection?
Knowing it's something I won't find

And in my understanding, using JoW while you have SoW active will not cause any damage.
