I seem to recall Blizzard saying that there would be vehicles with passenger slots in WotLK. I don't have a link offhand.

So, wth is the point of passenger mounts? Ferrying lowbies? Can you hop in one as it drives by to make a quick getaway? If they don't fly and aren't faster that's all I could imagine it being used for.

I guess they would be very useful in PvP for the getaway factor. Talk about weird though, turning epic castle battles into motorcycle races...
