Max Threat Spec - Viable?

Ok so this is not my current spec, just an idea I was toying with for a spec based on maximizing threat. Either through AOE tanking encounters (especially hyjal), trash tanking in BT, heroics/5 mans, etc

The loss of avengers shield would take some getting used to, altho I tanked without it pre-70 and it wasnt THAT much of a hinderence.

Would the loss of frontloading agro ala the holy frisbee be made up in the extra TPS generated by 3/3 Crusaide+Sanctity Aura?
