The top end "toughening" from mining that was datamined out grants 35 stam.

That's possibly for the 450 mining. The +20 stam is for 375 mining.

I'm hoping they somehow release Death Knights early.

Reading the WotLK Beta forum it seems like they're pretty much done. People who are playing them have nothing but good things to say, and there doesn't seem to be much complaint from the rest of the classes.

Also there are a bunch* of lv70-75 DKs so I assume that they've been tested fairly thoroughly.

*By "bunch" I mean "at least half the people posting on the forum".

I don´t think that they should release DKs in a patch, since they are a part of the expansin. Just like they didn´t release BE/Space Cows before TBC. Only the new talents and abilitys so we get a feel and can get a good rotation before we need to use them in a Wotlk instance.
