When I tank this I like to pop an ironshield right before I tuant the demon, then I use my on use trinket.

Also like Croiky said try and not taunt until after the cs, or if you happen to have 2 tanks in the demon realm have the other taunt immediately after the cs. The only way we have had kalecgos die is when we have a tank die during the fight, overall he can take a decent beating. Ideally the more you can let kalecgos tank the better. This fight can get hectic from a healing stand point just b/c of the stuff happens and ppl miss ports, anything you can do to alleviate pressure on the healers isn't a bad thing.
