A terrible anti-paladin joke a guildie told me

Postby Shoju » Thu May 22, 2008 7:34 am

A warlock is sitting in a bar, when a paladin shows up.

"Hey buddy, can you conjure me somethin' to drink?" the paladin asks the warlock

The warlock, obviously dumbfounded says

"... I think you have me confused with someone else"

the paladin says,

"oh ok. Well, if you can't conjure me some water, how about some biscuits? I'm starving here!"

The Warlock Calmly stares at the paladin and replies

"I'm sorry, but I think that you have me confused with a mage."

the paladin replys

"Oh.... I see. I thought you offered more to a group than just yourself."

The Warlock calmly stands up, smooths his robes, and picks up his bottle. He then BASHES the paladin in the face with the bottle, smashing the bottle into a million pieces and throwing the paladin to the groud. He then calmly replies:

"I'm sorry... I thought you could tank."

OH I laughed too. I thought it was hilarious, and could imagine it being a BE male voice from the game talkin to an orc warlock. I wanna see if I can make a video for it.

I don't like martinis. Not all the time, anyways... But I was raised on British humour... Fawlty Towers, Mr. Bean, Red Dwarf, Monty Python, Black Adder ... So I definitely appreciate it.

Oh, and btw ... Getting your wife addicted to Red Dwarf = win!

Unless it was the last season, in which case fale.

Didn't think much of the joke though. I understand the point that's being made, and I can get that the kind of people who are so deficent in the humor department that they need a laughtrack to tell them when someone's made a funny might think it's funny. But it isn't.

I just started watching season 3, she's catching up on seasons 1 and 2.

It's pretty good until about season 6. Rob Grant left after that and it really went down the toilet.
