I managed to get a 502 chest off LFR Lei Shen which when combined with the Shadow Pan Assault trinket (replaced Dragonling) and a valor headpiece (replaced 463 blue), it got me over the hump.

Still working on sigils, but if I can find the time to run LFR, hopefully I can finish that up before the reset this week.

the lesser of two evils -- not a broken water line, but most likely a broken water heater... and the walls sucked up the water, causing the whole walls are moist, paint is bubbling up, et al.

still looking at a big bill regardless

What about homeowner's insurance? Our water heater broke a couple years ago, in December, and I believe it was about 1800-2000 for repairs (insurance covered most); and that includes the replacement heater and running fans in the garage and pantry to dry out the walls for like 3 or 4 days.

you know what? i dunno, i believe my insurance deductible is either 1 grand or 1%, which is pretty much the same -- right now i'm looking at 600 dollars or less in parts and labor.

Plumbing has been fixed. 100 dollars total. Still need to fix the hole in the wall from where they cut to fix the pipe... but that can wait a month

Duct Tape and cardboard :)

Today's frustration: Youtube comments. They have been redesigned. And don't work.

Haven't looked closely but can't say I saw much different. I just switched the dropdown from "top comments" to "latest first" and it looked same as usual.

Not that it has ever, under any circumstances, been worthwhile reading youtube comments.

Today I learned (well, yesterday) that if you only need an Immersus kill, don't bother telling the Flex raid leader ahead of time as he might get pissy and boot you from the raid. Because you know, DPS are so hard to replace in an OQ organized raid.

I've probably learned the wrong lesson from that, but wow was the guy in question rude.

I can't understand why anyone gets mad at a DPS leaving a flex group unless it throws you under the 10 man mark (I have never been in a Flex that has only taken 10 people). You're not losing an integral part of the raid and the boss gets "easier" but then again this is the general WoW population we're talking about where logic takes a back seat to nerd raging.
