that religious nut jobbery...

Tried playing disc last night. Jesus I'm rusty at healing.

Didn't help that our DPS found every possible thing to step in that could hurt them, our warrior was pulling 13k dps (at level 87 mind you) and our feral was pulling, shit you not, 7k dps.

The true horror is when you wake up one morning to realize that generation grew old enough to be our leaders.

The real frustration is for those like me in the middle that can't have intelligent conversations regarding Intelligent Design and whatnot because that type of BS goes on.

I don't find that too terrifying. I mean, they were a product of that age and them being elected as leaders in some cases is to be expected considering the zeitgeist of the day.

The terrifying thing is if we as the younger, progressive and hopefully better-educated generation allow this shit to continue.

I'm sure some of it happens, but I'd say the majority of our schools in the US at least are beyond "the earth is only 4k years old, dinos and man coexisted blah blah god bless you".

Well, at least those schools that are located outside the bible belt...

I'm confused. How can you have an intelligent conversation about Intelligent Design?

"Intelligent Design. Utter nonsense, isn't it." Bloke one says.
"Yes." Bloke two agrees.

Nothing else to be said about the subject. Hardly qualifies as a conversation, never mind intelligent. :)

I saw myself gearing up to start lambasting the ID post and decided to pull the rip cord. 4 years ago I would have debated that sort of thing here, but I know the outcome now.

Just a frustrating waste of time for all parties involved regardless of what side they represent.

what the hell happened with Ask Mr Robot? All of the sudden it wont give me hybrid gems when optimizing! Last week, it'd recommend me haste+stam gems, now its either full haste, or full stam and ignoring gem bonuses

Relevant to my boredom - can you give the specifics, or even better, a full screenie of the results? I'm gonna give it a spin and see what looks out of place.

5 hours last night to complete ToT4, ToT3, a few dailies and Nalak.. for... 252G (minus repairs, so more like -50G) and ~330 Valor.

5 freeking hours...

10 minute waits between Lei Shien pulls because a healer would bail each time.. (5 stacks for the kill)

And to round off the evening, waited for a 45 minute queue for ToT1, only for the queue to pop just as they pull, so I get punted back to Stormwind because the "encounter is in progress".

5 freeking hours for 2 LFRs and all gold.. fuuuu......

If I'm on my hunter, I farm rares, but that's a bit harder to do on the spriest... (which is why I'm dabbling with the gnomelockproject as the potential perfect blend of hunter and spriest...)

It pauses your queue so nothing pops, but doesn't affect your position. If you would've reached the front during the scenario/pet battle/heroic dungeon, you'll be in the front when you come out. It just means it can't pop during the other stuff, really. You'll often find it pops instantly as soon as your current run is over.
