It depends on a instance/encounter, but as a general rule 2-5 tanks, 6-9 healers and rest DPS

In general, this would be a typical raid group (assuming you're a prot pala)

Tanks: 5 (2 dps warriors and 1 feral or 2 ferals and 1 dps warrior)
1 prot warrior
1 prot paladin
1-2- DPs/offtank warriors
1-2 feral druids (I think 1 is just fine)

9 healers (normally: 2 shamans, 2 druids, 2-3 priests, 2-3 paladins)

11 dps:
1-2 rogues (never been to keen on rogues)
1-3 hunters (ok DPS, doesn't whine too much, and they can keep up scorpid sting which is a great asset to the raid)
6-9 rest: rest fill up with random dps such as elemental shamans, enhancement shamans, mages, locks, balance druids, and shadow priests.
