Researching Realms

I'm weighing a couple of different offers on my choice of Warlords guilds and wanted to see if you had any suggestions on researching realms before I make my choice.

I'm looking at Shadow Council (Horde), Zangarmarsh (Horde), and Misha (Alliance).

Any play on those servers and can tell me a little about them (ally/horde balance, world boss groups, general population, community, etc.)
