Raid leader help/guides website needs some help

Hi Guys,
I run iHazLead.com. It's a resource for raid leaders with articles and videos. It's not monetized in any way and just a side project i thought I would put together since I couldn't find another good place that collects guides and articles for new raid leaders.

In short, I would like to "hire" someone that would like to work on completing the new design as well as maintaining the site by adding videos, new articles, etc.

This would be pro bono and just something to put on a resume for a budding developer, designer, or techie of any sort. It receives decent traffic.
