They also had to go with those colors as appsrently, we are wearing lei shi's corpse...

Remind me of the t9 horde set thread... We pretty much had to explain color theory to blizz in this huuug thread...

We dont look very paladin like, and the same can be said about the pvp version... Halter top with blades on the shoulders...

Meant to ask earlier, couldn't find the note with the change to Nimble green gems. Where did you find it?

i kind of like the look of the tier 15 armor.

also....really interested to know what "classic weapons" i'll be able to make.

stormherald and bloodmoon would make me happy.

So...Upped cons base damage from 109 to 860

But that 11% less scaling is 32 to 28 or 32 to 21?

Exactly why i posted that

base damage is fine and all,but if they nerfed the scaling the hard way.....

Take 100k ap,do the 3 scaling and keep in mind that the buff to base damage is 751x9...I'm not seeing the buff tbh,even if it's there it's going to be so small...

Well, before it was 81% of AP, now its 72% of AP...

The base damage went from 927 to 8226 tho...

So...using my 20416 AP unbuffed

before, [927 + (20416)(.81)] vs [8226 + (20416)(.72)]
That would be 17463 vs 22925

Over 9 secs, that is

157167 vs 206325

Of course, I could be completely wrong...

That's still over 5k dps though (49158 damage every 9 seconds).

If you factor in vengeance the difference will drop

Have I got this right? 927+(100000*0.81)=81927 vs 8226+(100000*0.72)=80226

I've got Cons doing less damage at 100000 AP after the change. Tell me I'm doing this wrong...please?

Maybe I'm smoking something, but I swear I read somewhere that they were adjusting it so that the melee haste would affect prot gcds.

I tried to say that with a straight face and I couldn't , even if there is some truth to what I did say...

THIS was exactly my first thought after reading the patch notes. Well, at least we get some love, and it makes it much easier to stay ahead of the DPS for when we opt to cast salvation on the co-tank :mrgreen:

I'd imagine the island hub explains a lot of the story. The basics will probably be Garrosh wanting to use the power of the Thunder King for his own purposes, with the Alliance trying to prevent that. If I had to guess the official winner of this tier will be the Horde (the Alliance was the official winner of who killed The Lich King) setting them up as a more powerful foe for the next tier.

so they will finish invading dustwallow marsh and take back the barrens? :shock: :?

back to the tier sets for a min, the druid one looks more like a dk or lock set, and the rogue one is a decent looking assassins creed knockoff..but not too bad
the rest are eww - meh at best.

the season gear, i actually like the dk one. only 8 skulls! :lol:
time will tell if i grind out a bunch of honor on my dk for the pvp set, or stick with my current set of tmog - the green starting gear

oh and ty Halabar for this mental image..but look on the druid season set...
are those horns on your belt or are you just happy to see me?

Anyway,if they want to give us a decent aoe threat & snap aggro,they have to change holy wrath from the ground up,everything else will never work (unless they go the +1000000000000% damage way).

I dont get why it still has the meteor-like damage spread now that retri no longer has it...







(Yeah,because they have placed it into the single target rotation so they have to keep the damage relevant on single target while not OP on multitarget,i know...)

Regarding Consecration:

Current: 9*(102.7+0.18*SP) = 9*(102.7+0.09*AP)
5.2: 9*(810.3+ 0.08*AP)

Solve 102.+0.09*AP = 810.3+0.08*AP

AP = 70760

So it's a buff below about 70k AP, and a nerf above 70k AP. Thus, it's a nerf for anything over ~30k Vengeance AP.
