Mobile Guild Chat and AH Free To Use
Source
It’s now easier than ever to stay in touch with your guildmates and access the World of Warcraft® auction house... wherever you go.
Starting today, all of the features that were previously part of the optional World of Warcraft Remote subscription service are now available for free to all World of Warcraft subscribers.
We live in a society where people born on third base constantly try to steal second, yet we expect people born with two strikes against them to hit a homerun on the first pitch.

downside for me: using the app got my account locked 3 consecutive times last week, so I deleted it. >_<
But might give it a go again.

I didn't need my authenticator to log in via my phone.

If you have your authenticator on your phone as well, it asks you once if you want it to automatically sync to the auth app already installed on that device, after that you never have to again.
Hope they fix RealID support, as only guildchat is very limited, Id prolly even pay for that shit.

My authenticator is on a fob, so no integration for me. Tell you what... I've had this fob since BC and it's still running. Amazing.

Same, and I payed around.. 3-4$ for it iirc?
Would you believe that the danish bank supported "easyID" wants you to pay 17$ (plus 9$ p&p) for something identical, and they will only guarantee that the battery lasts 3 years.

Well, back in the day, you couldn't order North American authenticators for European servers (I think, my ex had actually ordered it so if this is incorrect, blame him), so we ended up paying a retarded amount in shipping fees to have it sent from wherever they were mailing them from in Europe over to Canada. So mine was something stupid like $30. But, having experienced the devastation of having your characters completely robbed in BC, there was no way I was going to go through that again. Granted, I'd be less of a drama queen about it now, but back then you didn't get your character's gear restored right away like it does now. Took about a week or so and I was forced to miss raids due to all my gear being gone.
