Brekkie:Tanks are like shitty DPS. And healers are like REALLY distracted DPS
Amirya:Why yes, your penis is longer than his because you hit 30k dps in the first 10 seconds. But guess what? That raid boss has a dick bigger than your ego.
Flex:I don't make mistakes. I execute carefully planned strategic group wipes.
Levie:(in /g) It's weird, I have a collar and I dont know where I got it from, Worgen are kinky!
Levie:Drunk Lev goes and does what he pleases just to annoy sober Lev.

Also, solo only: no grouping for quests or dungeons. You're allowed to do dungeons for achievements, but only once they don't give experience.
Oh, and you can't send yourself money. Ouch.
Do we have plans to do this on a particular server?

So I'm assuming spells/abilities that are learned through quests are ok? (hunter pet ones, for example)

Well why do you need gold in the first place? you can't buy mats for your non-existent professions or green+ gear, maybe only for riding training, sell all BoE's you loot, at lvl 60 you should have enough gold for flying, yeah lvl 70 having 4K+ will be hard..

I think rolling on a PvP server and exposing oneself to being ganked by the bored random level 85 ruining everything is silly.

agreed, the challenge will be hard enough the first time
but if you can pull it off Aergis...more power to you
/bow to your might

Re: WoW Ironman challenge
there's a leader board here: http://wowironman.com/
The challenge is nigh on impossible on a PvE server so doing it on a PvP server is just masochistic.
Neverdied was leading with his lvl 74 hunter but he appears to have come a cropper some how.
The people having most success seem to be faming mobs and doing absolutely no quests.

Bloodarrows on Terenas, U.S. Orc Hunter.
Only level 9.
The only "power ups" that are allowed are:
- Abilities learned at a trainer or via a quest
- Items that say "quest" on them and were given to you via a quest
That's it. All white gear, all class abilities, no talents, no consumables (other than quest), etc.
Quite fun.

Still says zero deaths. Maybe real life intervened?

They said that ironman guilds are OK -- Is there a way to prevent guild perks, or do you just disband/etc periodically?

Wait, no talents?
Why wouldn't they count as "class abilities"?

Re: WoW Ironman challenge
Because hard mode is intended to be hard. So hard that sane people would ask "why!?".
edit: Many specs get a lot of extra goodies that are huge. Imagine being a subtlety rogue: you get lots of combo points, and have a lot more control than an untalented rogue.
