Apparently they managed to remove the limiter that prevents Seals from proccing themselves for a short while. I guess they must've had some sanity check in there though, since you'd expect some server crashes to occur from someone hitting a target dummy or some other unkillable entity otherwise.

It must have been a REALLY fast hotfix... by 7pm CST last night it was back to normal. We didn't have any abnormal parses in our run.

Of course it was fixed right away, we're talking about rets at the top of the meters. Had it been mages or warriors, it would have been that way until MoP until the pretense "working as intended and will be fixed come MoP".

Reminds me of the first hotfix to WoW. Made reckoning cap at four stacks. 2 Shot Lord Kazzak for world first lol. Only took like five hours of spamming sit and a rogue with a crappy weapon.
