No, apple complaining about the cost of the court appointed monitor costs too much. Judge reminds them their lawyer costs them even more.

The monitor is a personal friend of the judge, so I'm sure that hasn't played a roll in it in anyway. Apple also has had issues with the monitor wanting to talk to every member of the board of directors which includes CEOs of other multi-billion dollar companies and Al Gore and wanting to monitor the Music, Movie and App stores even though they are out of the scope of the trial.

For Klaud (I know how he loves airplanes):

Never let it be said that ground crews and engineers lack a sense of humour. Here are some actual logged maintenance complaints and problems, submitted by QANTAS pilots, and the solutions recorded by maintenance engineers.

By the way, Qantas is the only major airline that has never had an accident.
P = The problem logged by the pilot.
S = The solution and action taken by the engineers.

***************************************************

P: Left inside main tire almost needs replacement.
S: Almost replaced left inside main tire.

P: Test flight OK, except autoland very rough.
S: Autoland not installed on this aircraft.

P: No. 2 propeller seeping prop fluid.
S: No. 2 propeller seepage normal. Nos. 1, 3 and 4 propellers lack normal seepage.

P: Something loose in cockpit.
S: Something tightened in cockpit.

P: Dead bugs on windshield.
S: Live bugs on backorder.

P: Autopilot in altitude-hold mode produces a 200-fpm descent.
S: Cannot reproduce problem on ground.

P: Evidence of leak on right main landing gear.
S: Evidence removed.

P: DME volume unbelievably loud.
S: DME volume set to more believable level.

P: Friction locks cause throttle levers to stick.
S: That's what they're there for!

P: IFF inoperative.
S: IFF always inoperative in OFF mode.

P: Suspected crack in windscreen.
S: Suspect you're right.

P: Number 3 engine missing.
S: Engine found on right wing after brief search.

P: Aircraft handles funny.
S: Aircraft warned to straighten up, fly right and be serious.

P: Target radar hums.
S: Reprogrammed target radar with words.

P: Mouse in cockpit.
S: Cat installed.

That sounds like a quiz they do every morning on a dutch radio show. They go to some kind of event where a lot of celeberties come, and they ask what they think about someone or something. But either that someone or something doesn't exsist or is loooong dead ^^

This one actually piques my interest. Either something is wrong with the altimeter, the computer or the aerodynamics of that plane.

Or the pilot set the auto-pilot to the wrong height and didn't realize it.

Are we sure it wasn't the GROUND doing a 200-fpm ASCENT???? Hmmm.

Well, if their ADI is neutral, the plane should stay at the same altitude.

after raid tonight, a couple guildies and i were doing our nightly BGs
in our last one, a eye of the storm match, i was on d at the draenei ruins, and had a bunch of alliance that kept running up and just going nuts...and dying. you could tell they really wanted me dead but between being blood and being in full pvp gear...they were just getting slaughtered

i said in vent my god they are just throwing themselves at me!

to which our druid healer (who is a phychologist who works with sex addicts) replys
"you have GROUPIES!"
"filthy alliance panties everywhere!"

thanks to her comment, i will never look at base defense the same way again

Old cars are great! Most of the time...

Great way to compare how far we've developed car safety!

I look at that, with the single airbag, and think to myself, "thank the goddess I have 9 airbags!"

Not entirely accurate, seeing as they removed the engine block from the old chevy, if I remember right.

Ohh, why would they do that though? Seems like a waste of a perfectly interesting test... :|
Unless if it wasn't actually a test, but rather some form of a sales pitch, I guess.

And nevermind, just looked it up and apparently it had the engine block intact, though it certainly looks like there's nothing there.
