Yeah, I know, reminds me of EA, which, funnily, is something EA is moving away from...

Sounds no different from PC gaming now. The game publishers decide what they put there for DRM, platform doesn't matter.

You realize this is the exact same stance they took with games on PS3 right? Anyone getting whipped into a shitstorm about this is an idiot.

Yeah. Point there. But seriously, MS fucked it all up big time this E3 and Sony just smacked them big time.

A tank saying (as one of the many examples of their Dbag status) to a healer in an ToT LFR run, who in no way was performing poorly, that they needed to go get better gear before they ran LFR (LFR is srs bzns!). Also, somehow that they only had 3 hours to run their 3 toons through LFR 'because they have a life' was our problem.

Oh, and because they had the Ahead of the curve heroic lei shen and jin'roc achieves, we should listen to whatever they had to say about gear and LFR.

I've never seen someone kicked so quickly when the option became available.

You didn't know you need full T15 heroic thundeforged to run ToT LFR?

Maybe. It was just so hilariously bad, especially because 1) They weren't very good and 2) when someone asked to wait a sec to zone out to turn in the extra roll tokens, they got all high and mighty about how noobish and full of fail that person was because you can't turn in quests while in a raid. Like 8 people then told him he was flat wrong about that, and when he asked when that changed... they all replied (basically) You've been able to do that for ages, noob'.

Sometimes, commenters on CNN are just amazingly stupid, so much so, I can only laugh (and hope they aren't breeding).

CNN commenter wrote:sorry Mary, but race has always been in the mix, from the begining... dna carries very definite characteristics with it. not having information about human origins leaves a 'gap' we are the poorer for. case in point... native americans would NOT accept being slaves, period. It was genetic. they preferred inialation. the 'black' race accepted domination in its time as did many other 'dark' races. History is rife with what happens when you try to 'dominate' the white man.

Lolwut?

Emphasis mine.

And here I thought the Fox guy that said on live tv to the leader of the british neo nazi party that he had his back and was ok with all of what he was doing was dumb.

An RP paladin guild was featured on WI that roleplays paladins the way I think they should be: some folks love em, some hate em, and a whole bunch think they are nutty... right up until they hold off a scourge invasion. Not sure how they handle 'same faction' heretics, though... which seems like it could be a major limitation.

We live in a society where people born on third base constantly try to steal second, yet we expect people born with two strikes against them to hit a homerun on the first pitch.
