Dunno, locking 200+ people for an hour because of theft sounds more like schoolyard method than a serious approach.

"No one told school teacher who stole Benny's ball, so you'll all stay in the corner with both hands on your hand, facing the wall!"

A school yard ball isn't $500+ and containing potentially much more valuable information/data.

IF it was a company device.. a lockdown for a personal device sounds like a false imprisonment and unlawful search lawsuit minefield.

Oh man, if it was a personal device? Especially if the call to lock down was made by the person whose phone it was and also happened to have the power to do it (i.e. abuse of position)?

I'd not want to be anywhere nearby when the legal nuke hit... though it may well be a bit different outside the US.

The best part was the CPS's call to the Police Chief complaining that they were being mocked.

They are deservedly being mocked for insisting to have the dog testify after being told that, well, it was a DOG!!!

So we finally did an alt run this weekend. One of the raiders alts is a pretty geared fury warrior and our guild leader was saying how if we were bad at our alts at least this guy could carry us. Well as it turns out we all know how to play our alts and the 485 ilvl fury warrior was 4th or 5th dps behind all us 475ilvl dps.
