Interesting reading around there. Seems like he was pretty close to the Warlock community and had been pushing for things that the rest of the design team disagreed with (specifically related to the design of Cataclysm (the new lock spell) and strength of Chaos Bolt), and finally got too frustrated with it.

And it makes sense to be frustrated if that is the case. I mean, if you were in charge of designing the ford focus, but the guy in charge of designing the ford f150 overrides what you do with the design you are in charge of, you would be pissed off as well

Considering the photos were posted publicly, I'd say they're admissible.

The dragon has a lot of professional photographers that will camp along the route, take pictures of riders, and then sell them those pictures. But the dragon is a fairly difficult road, and a lot of people will drive through it at speeds WAY beyond their skill level.

That series of photos was posted on reddit a week or two ago, and from those, it looked like the rider just entered the turn too fast, and rather than leaning harder and finishing the turn, he panicked, braked, stood the bike up and drove straight into the car.
