Baleroc is an ass!

I hate that guy. I really really hate that guy!
I have loads of heroic gear, I'm looking good. But then there is this glaring spot where a 359 piece remains - my shield. All because this stingy, spiteful, mother-never-loved-him, gimp-looking bastard refuses to let go of one for me.
He is a comeplete ass and a spit upon his entire family tree.
