I'm actually starting to like it. Each level does a similar thing its just how you want to do it. This really does have the power to kill cookie cutters as we know them.

We'll see how they turn out. It has the potential to work but also the potential to be a disaster.

It sounds like the D3 skill system: pick a couple primary damage skills, a couple utility skills, etc. Pick according to your play style -- you should be able to achieve the same results with each.

Paladin Talents

Speed of Light, Long Arm of the Law, Pursuit of Justice
Sprint that does some healing while you are sprinting, Long Arm is same as Ret talent, Pursuit of Justice gives 10% movement speed for each current charge of Holy Power

Fist of Justice, Repentance, Seal of Justice (CC tier)
First of Justice: 6 sec stun, Repentance avail to all paladins, Seal of Justice: snare

Blessed Life, Sacred Shield, Ardent Defender
BL: HP when take damage

T4: Healing tier, Selfless Healer, Eternal Glory, Holy Shield
Holy light and divine light are Holy only Selfless Healer is a stacking buff, EG same as existing, Holy Shield, absorbent version of Word of Glory

T5: Veneration, Acts of Sacrifice, Clemency
Consecration makes you immune to movement imparing effects for 6 seconds if your party stands in CS

6: Holy Avenger, Sanctified Wrath, Divine Purpose
HA: when Guardian is out abilities don't cost holy power
Sancified Wrath: Holy Shock has no CD, Judgement has no CD, you can use Hammer of Wrath (these are spec based)
