So the 4.0 patch was the Tuesday before the Thanksgiving holiday, and 4.2 the Tuesday before the July 4th weekend (although I don't know that I'd say the two holidays are exactly equivalent in terms of business and commercial downtime). The 1.9 patch must have been a bitch as well. Fact: I don't know if two counts as "several" but it's certainly more than I'd've expected.

PvP season ends November 15th, meaning the 22nd is probably patch day.

Related, does anyone know at what point the "you must have earned X honor during the current season" requirement on items resets? When the season ends, or when the new one starts?

Last time i think the patch was suppose to come out the day the last season ended, but was pushed back a week iirc.
I really do hope 4.3 comes the 22/23, rather than the 15th.
That means heroic progress starts the 30th.
DreamHack is coming up, really dont wanna have to choose between progress and DH (that starts the 24th).

I though usually the patches drop a week before the new arena season starts. The extra Wintergrasp/BH is always missing in the first week, and goes live with the new season and the release of the new PvP tier gear.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to bring you a brief update on Season 10. Please note that we've updated the original messaging with a new projected date for the change in season. " Arena and Rated Battleground Season 10 is scheduled to end November 29."We are also in the process of updating our messaging with the following information: "Matchmaking (MMR), Team, and Personal Ratings will all be wiped when Season 11 begins."
