Actually having played with the guy and having seen his attempts to run a guild, I had to laugh.
Waxing eloquent in podcasts is not the same thing as actual leadership.

I'm sure he's a nice guy in real life.
He's not a very good WoW player or a very effective guild leader though. It wasn't intended to be a particularly crushing indictment or anything, just the truth.

I actually thought I got along with him fairly well back in the day. I helped him admin for his site remember, and committed a lot of energy to helping it get off the ground. Til he banned me overnight for no apparent reason I could discern. Never found out what exactly was up with that.
