I love this site and this community. It seems like we're all raid leaders and the elitist trolls are very much at a minimum.

That being said I hope some of you wouldn't mind putting your expertise to use. A lot of us are asked the same questions by beginner to intermediate raid leaders in-game, on various forums, etc. I decided last week that I'd start putting pen to paper and hope you'll do the same. The thought is, we write it once.. detailed as all hell.. and then just point people to the links.

About your links to guides,

I would update each site with a very small description on what is the focus of each site...
i.e. Maintankadin - http://maintankadin.failsafedesign.com - Superb site for general tactics and "THE" site for anything related to Paladin tanking.

i would also add:
Learn 2 raid - has some wicked raid guides that personaly (and my guild) consider one of the bests.
Elistist jerks - For me one the best sites for paladin, but all the warriors complain that the site is lacking in more ways that one. if i were you, i would add a disclamer that is very class "variable"

some of the best guild management and raid leading resources i've come across are ciderhelm's guild relations podcasts that he put out during tier 6 to tier 8 content. he is level-headed, pragmatic, and extremely goal-oriented without letting stupidness get in the way of the guild's express goal - which is progression. some of his podcasts are so good, i find myself wishing my irl boss would listen to them. haha.

you should contact him and see if maybe you can showcase some of the good ones on your site, imo:

they're not all about guild management. some are about tanking (he is the dude who created tankspot.com) - and other wow related things, but if you scroll through the list you can easily identify the ones about guild management and raid leading.

Actually having played with the guy and having seen his attempts to run a guild, I had to laugh.

heh, no, in all honesty, even if his execution doesn't live up to his leadership "theorycrafting", he is still spot on in the podcasts, imo.

The only thing I don't like about the tankspot podcasts is that they spend a huge amount of time talking about "what top guilds do" and "why they do it", when none of them have any idea what top guilds do or why because they have never been in a top guild.

Thus they over-analyze the heck out of stuff that is really quite simple.
