Yeah guys this is a bit much for a casual derail here.
Bottom line about posting off topic: Don't do it. A little here and there is forgiveable, but in general try not to derail threads or post in the incorrect forum. This includes random digressions into who loves kodos.

No.

You're misunderstanding my point.
I don't care what they do on their private forums, that's entirely their business. What bldavis posted was essentially what you said, "we've tried to keep most of our banter off of MT." That's admirable of him, and I appreciate it. But "there's a whole lot more where that came from, be happy you don't have to see all of it" isn't an excuse.
To rephrase it, if someone posted a few pieces of child pornography on a forum, would you expect "well I have a whole lot more on my hard drive, be happy you didn't have to see the rest of it" to be a valid defense?
In any event, this conversation has taken the thread even further off-topic. Let's just let it rest. As long as the PKers are keeping it to one- or two-post jabs here and there, it's not a problem and doesn't bother me. They're not doing it maliciously, after all. What worries me is when they hijack and dominate a page or two at a time, because that's what scares other people off, and is usually disruptive to the thread anyway.

It would actually help you guys if you would stop quoting the image as part of your comment, now the image is shown three times on this page alone.

so is it a bad sign that you watch tv to cut back on wow play time?

Brekkie:Tanks are like shitty DPS. And healers are like REALLY distracted DPS
Amirya:Why yes, your penis is longer than his because you hit 30k dps in the first 10 seconds. But guess what? That raid boss has a dick bigger than your ego.

It's only been 4. I don't even have 8 characters at level cap yet.
That said, marching through normal Firelands on an "alt alt" run with whatever ZG/ZA-geared alts we could find was pretty telling. I think we cleared the place in under 2 hours on mostly undergeared alts. The difficulty level post-nerf is probably on par with normal T11.

Re: Massive Firelands Nerfs Starting Next Week
Regarding the whole casual/hardcore debate, I think it's more of an attitude thing. There are those who are really dedicated and take pride in what they do as a raider and those who don't care so much (and all the shades of grey in between). If you are skilled, have 100% attendance and keep pushing yourself to do better then you are "hardcore", whether your guild raids two nights a week or six.
Regarding normal modes I don't think they even count as real raiding at this point. It has been nerfed with the intent of it being PUGable and in that they have succeeded.
